Youth
Our Youth community is a large, vibrant and faithful group of incredible young people who believe that with God, anything is possible. Our youth groups meet every Sunday morning from 10am, the second Friday of every month for a social evening from 7.30pm and the last Friday of most months for a worship night called Throne Room. It’s a great way to connect, have fun and learn more about God’s will for your life. If you are 11-18 or in years 7-13 at school, you’re welcome!
Registration for our Sunday youth sessions closes at 9.55am each week so do make sure you arrive in good time to sign in, and do sign up for our worship night ahead of time via church suite too
What’s on
Sundays
Youth school years 7 to 13 meet every Sunday from 10am
After 20 minutes of worship upstairs with the whole church family, we head downstairs. There’ll be games, biscuits, an interactive talk, and opportunities to enjoy God’s goodness.
Social night
Every 2nd Friday of the month, 7:30pm – 9:30pm, at Eastgate
A relaxed and informal evening. There’ll be a pool table, table tennis, consoles, group games, tuck shop and milkshake bar. Feel free to bring friends and have fun.
Worship Night: Throne Room
Every 4th Friday of the month, 6:30pm – 9:30pm, at Eastgate
A monthly discipleship night for Eastgate Youth. Bring and share a meal together at 6.30 followed by worship and time in small groups to go deeper with God and each other.
The Throne Room - Bring food. Meet friends. Encounter Jesus
The Throne Room: is our monthly youth furnace night packed with food, worship, and time with friends — last Friday of every month, 6.30–9.30pm at Eastgate!
Bring something to share for dinner (toasties + crepes are on us), hang out over games, encounter Jesus in worship, and plug into small groups where real conversations happen. Sign up via ChurchSuite

Bible in a year Challenge
Want to challenge yourself to read the bible in one year? From last November, our youth have been biting into the delicious word of God by taking the Bible in a year Challenge!
We’re following the plan set out in the One Year Bible App under the ‘Old & New Testament’ plan if you want to use the app and we’ve also created these handy printable tick charts so you can track your progress each day too!

Registration & Group Times
We have youth and children’s groups at all of our 10 am services.
Upon arrival, you must register in the café area (look for the youth banner). Young people join the rest of the church in the meeting upstairs for 20 minutes of worship before going to their groups. Parents please collect your young people at the end of the meeting.
10 am Meeting: Registration 9:30 – 9.55 am, Group times 10:20 – 11:30 am
Youth Leaders
We have a great youth team at Eastgate. We care for young people and want to see them live life in the fullness of God’s promises. Offering support and guidance to those facing the challenges of school, relationships, health – whatever it may be, you’re not alone.
