Heaven in Healthcare Terms and Conditions

  1. This event is aimed at healthcare professionals and those who have worked or are training to work in healthcare. It is probably unsuitable for those outside healthcare.
  2. Places must be paid for in full – deposits or reservations cannot be accepted.
  3. Payment will be accepted by credit/debit card via the online booking facility. Do not send cash or credit card details in the post.
  4. We are unable to give refunds for cancellations.
  5. Bookings are not transferable.
  6. In the event of speakers becoming unavailable, the event will still go ahead. Speakers may change at short notice.
  7. In the unlikely event of an incident that causes the event to be cancelled refunds will be given.
  8. The cost of the conference is for all sessions, booking for individual sessions is not available.
  9. Accommodation is not included in the booking fee.
  10. No facilities are provided for children or childcare. This event is not suitable for children and delegates bringing children to the event will be refused entry.
  11. Entrance to the event will be by printed or electronic copy of the tickets attached to the booking confirmation email.
  12. Eastgate is acting as an agent for the catering provider and can accept no liability for the service provided.
  13. Photography, filming or recording of any part of the events is not permitted.
  14. We may photograph and film the events for commercial and non-commercial purposes. It is possible that you may appear in photographs and video and these may be used online.
